Refund policy
We do not accept refunds/returns/exchanges on orders that has been shipped or picked up and left the store.
Singles:
Once orders containing singles have been placed they are not refundable or exchangeable.
Sealed Products:
We do not accept returns on sealed product.
Sealed products that have not been picked up or shipped can be cancelled with one of the following options:
- refunded less a 20% processing fee to the same payment method
or
- given 100% of the pre tax value of the product as store credit.
Event Tickets:
Event pre registration is non refundable/exchangeable If you do not show up.
Event Tickets can be transferred to another person you will need to let us know and they will need to bring the order number and name of the persons ticket they are taking.
If you are unable to attend an event please let us know 4 business hours before the start of the event to chose from one of the options below:
- refunded less a 20% processing fee to the same payment method
or
- given 100% of the pre tax value of the product as store credit.
